The Philadelphia Workforce Investment Board envisions a thriving and inclusive regional economy. We are not alone. We have partners in this effort — local organizations with whom we are collaborating to create and support initiatives that tackle our region's most pervasive human capital challenges. Efforts focus on: providing youth with work experience, preparing adults with the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need to be successful now and in the future, increasing the number of Philadelphians with college degrees, and designing and delivering training in partnership with employers.
