Life Science Career Alliance

The Life Science Career Alliance is a partnership among five workforce investment boards, industry association, industry employers, education, and organized labor. It focuses on the workforce issues surrounding an industry critical to the economic growth of the greater Philadelphia region. The mission of the LSCA is to maintain and to increase the strength of the life sciences in Southeastern Pennsylvania by maintaining and improving the regional life science workforce. The LSCA, recognized as a national model for industry partnerships, is housed within the Philadelphia Workforce Investment Board.
