Last fall, the Philadelphia Workforce Investment Board held a press conference at Maxwell Education Group, a solar panel training company that received federal stimulus money for its jobs program. Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter attended that press conference -- and now a photo from that event was featured on President Obama's Whitehouse.gov site as an example of the stimulus program at work.
